Mini Bell Yellow is a charming mini sweet pepper with a bright yellow colour and a very sweet flavour. It is perfect for pot growing, for families with children and for anyone who wants decorative little peppers with a big flavour.
Background and name
The yellow variety in the Mini Bell series was selected for its strong colour and sweetness. Like its red and chocolate-coloured siblings, it was developed to give plenty of flavour in a compact size.

The plant is low and bushy, about 40–60 cm tall. The fruits are small and blocky and ripen from green to a strong yellow. They grow to about 5–7 cm long.
Flavour and uses of Mini Bell Yellow
The flavour is very sweet and mild, with crisp flesh. It is particularly good as a snack, in salads or for pickling.

How to grow Mini Bell Yellow
Mini Bell Yellow is a Capsicum annuum and is sown between February and April. It does well on a sunny windowsill, in a greenhouse or in a pot on the patio. It gives a generous harvest even in small spaces.
Price is for 6 sweet pepper seeds
Sow in moist seed compost and keep warm, at about 25–30°C for best germination. The compost should be moist but not wet. A propagator helps to keep the air humid. Once the seedlings have grown a little and developed their second pair of leaves, you can lower the temperature to about 20°C and move them out of the propagator. They do well on a sunny windowsill, or in a greenhouse and outdoors in summer. For best results, soak the seeds in Growhelper for 12–24 hours before sowing.
