Coriander Confetti is a coriander variety with unusually finely cut foliage. Coriander leaves, with their distinctive aromatic flavour, are among the most widely used herbs in the world. Repeat the sowing every 2–3 weeks and you will have fresh leaves all summer. Harvest small thinnings first, then pick leaves or whole plants as you go (before the plant flowers). The root of young plants can also be used. It does best in humus-rich, moisture-retentive, well-drained soil. Water regularly. It can be grown late into autumn. It can also be grown in a pot indoors all year round (it needs extra light during the dark season).
